As a Zoho Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Zoho software solutions to meet the needs of our trading business. You will work closely with our trading, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure that Zoho applications are configured properly to support key processes such as order management, inventory tracking, customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and financial reporting. Your expertise will drive process automation, improve data accuracy, and ensure smooth integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Configuration & Management
: Customize Zoho CRM to align with the trading business model, managing client accounts, leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
Zoho Inventory
: Implement and maintain Zoho Inventory to track stock levels, manage orders, and ensure efficient inventory control.
Zoho Books Integration
: Ensure seamless integration between Zoho CRM, Inventory, and Zoho Books for end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Automation & Workflow Management
: Automate key trading processes such as order generation, payment collection, and stock reordering using Zoho Flow or Zoho CRM's workflow features.
Data Management & Reporting
: Design and manage reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into trading performance, inventory levels, customer activity, and financials.
Customization & Integration
: Work with the development team to build custom modules, integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems, and ensure smooth data flow between Zoho and other business tools.
User Training & Support
: Provide training and support to employees in various departments, ensuring proper usage and understanding of Zoho tools.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any Zoho-related issues, ensuring business continuity.
Continuous Improvement
: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements using Zoho tools to maximize business efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in configuring and managing Zoho software applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of trading business processes, including inventory management, order processing, invoicing, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Zoho Flow for automation, as well as creating custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Experience in integrating Zoho with third-party systems such as ERP, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Zoho configurations and solutions.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Ability to train and support end-users with varying technical expertise.
Knowledge of APIs, custom scripting, and Zoho's developer tools is a plus.
A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
