•Hello Cleaner is seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Expert to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the services market and play a pivotal role in managing our lead generation and coordination efforts.•

•Responsibilities: •

• •Manage and optimize the Zoho CRM platform to enhance lead generation, tracking, and conversion processes.•
• •Create Follow up template to keep the customers updated about new offers / services•
• •Coordinate and streamline lead assignment and distribution among the sales team to ensure efficient and effective lead management.•
• •Conduct regular audits of lead data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.•
• •Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in lead generation and follow-up processes.•
• •Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.•
• •Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of the Zoho CRM system.•

•Requirements: •

• •Proven experience in Zoho CRM administration and customization, preferably in a service management setting.•
• •Deep understanding of lead management and coordination processes.•
• •Familiarity with lead policing and assigning strategies.•
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.•
• •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.•
• •Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.•
• •Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.•
• •Prior experience in the northern emirates real estate market is a plus.•
