Client > Consulting Firm, UAERole > Zero-Based Budgeting DirectorOverview > The Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) Director will spearhead the ZBB initiatives across the organization, ensuring that all financial decisions and budget allocations are made from a zero base each fiscal period. This role is critical in driving financial transparency, efficiency, and strategic cost management across all departments. The ZBB Director will also oversee the capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with the company's strategic goalsKey Responsabilites > Lead Zero-Based Budgeting Process, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Strategic Planning and Forecasting, CAPEX Management, Communication plan to inform all stakeholders about ZBB and CAPEX processes, Maintain and enhance ZBB infrastructure and systems, Create and maintain KPIs related to fixed costs, Take a lead role in controlling G&A expenses, Support the growth office in managing expenses and investmentsRequired qualifications > Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required, Consulting firm experience preferred, Minimum of 10 years in Finance/Accounting with expertise in FP&A, data consolidation, and forecasting; Planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling; Proven experience in implementing and managing ZBB processes, Excellent business acumen and interpersonal communication abilities, Motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure, Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset, Leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence teams without direct authorityPeriod of engagement > Contractor, 3-6 months, extendable# Profiles requested > 2-3Workload/Location > United Arab Emirates, on groundStart date > research very URGENT, immediately available Candidates preferred
