Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and expand our customer base within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the packaging industry, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and initiating contact with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new business.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Represent Yashtech at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within the packaging industry (Horeca), min 2 years experience
• Strong understanding of packaging products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ready to join immediately and contribute to our ongoing success.
