Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive for Abu Dhabi Branch to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and expand our customer base within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the packaging industry, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and initiating contact with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new business.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Represent Yashtech at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within the packaging industry .
• Strong understanding of packaging products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ready to join immediately and contribute to our ongoing success.
