The Yacht Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the yacht, and supporting the overall operations of the vessel. Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Provide 5-star service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Serve meals and beverages with precision and elegance.
Assist with planning and organizing guest activities and events on board.
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Housekeeping:
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the yacht.
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the yacht is in pristine condition at all times.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and beverages.
Assist in provisioning and stocking the yacht before and during charters.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and crew.
Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to guests privacy and personal information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a stewardess or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury environments such as yachts, private jets, or high-end hotels.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Native German speaker & fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including bartending skills.
