We have an exciting opportunity for a Yacht Charter Operations Manager to join our Dubai based company.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Yacht charters, from initial client enquiries to flawless trip execution, ensure the company meets all government licensing criteria.

This position would suit someone working in a similar role and with previous experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of yacht charters, including initial client inquiries, communication, booking confirmations, itinerary planning, and menu selection.
• Oversee the preparation and provisioning of the yacht for each charter, ensuring it meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
• Supervise the yacht crew, ensuring their professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to guest requests.
• Manage onboard events, parties, and gatherings, coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and optimize bookings.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, finances, and operational details.
• Manage financial aspects of charters, including invoicing, budgeting, and revenue reporting.

Requirements :

• Good understanding of yacht charter operations.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use and post on social media platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years experience as a supervisor / manager role in Yacht chartering or related field.

Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Understanding of F&B operations and menu planning.

Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for yacht operations.

Prior Experience working in Dubai is an advantage

Valid UAE Driving license
