With one of the largest maritime networks in the world, we do work that makes an impact - if it floats, our products are probably on it.Supplying marine consumables, products, and solutions to every conceivable vessel type, our Marine Products division includes the Unitor brand of products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals.Last year we made product deliveries to 27,500 vessels, at over 2,000 ports.What you will be doingEnsure there is continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement departmentProcess orders including non-available items:Order non-available itemsMaintain ETA dates for incoming POsReceive POs supporting an orderProcess shipmentsAdd relevant charges if applicablePrint pick lists for warehouse if requiredReport picking if requiredScan Delivery Notes when applicableCreate invoice for closed ordersSupply Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i.e. charges, delays, availability etc.Provide complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of deliveryPrepare cost pricing information towards final invoicing of service performedMaintain required control reports and documentationWhat experience and skills requiredPrior experience as Supply Coordinator or similar position in a warehouseVery good command of the English language (spoken and written)Good computer skills with Excel knowledgeAbility to travel when required.Ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environmentAbility to work under pressure and ability to work on own initiativeAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAbility to co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customersSystematic and accurate natureHow to applySounds interesting?
