Assemble from drawings, b.o.m.\'s and assembly procedures with general supervision.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Not listed in any particular order)

Proficient at interpreting drawings.
Knowledge of complex hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Proficient with measuring instruments, hand and power tools, and measuring devices.
Ability to rework complete product line.
Communicates effectively with Production, Engineering and Test departments.
Familiar with Operational Excellence Process Standards and Improvement.
Contribute and assist in Lean and Kaizen implementation
Ability to assemble complete product line with minimal support.
Ability to mentor junior personnel and assist in coordination of mentor assignments
Performs final inspection of all assemblies and documentations, when required.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Understand and comply with all safety and environmental requirements and company policies of Weatherford.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and company with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
