:Key Accountabilities:1.Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and technicians allocation for day to day operations.2.Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.3.To improve the job efficiency, achieve targets and reduce the redo jobs.4.Identify client\'s needs and explain/demonstrate AMC services to them, which may involve technical descriptions of product and the way they may be used.5.Prepare all quotations in accurate and taking in to the account & company rules and polices.6.Follow-up with customer for quotation approvals.7.Identify staff that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
