Job Description

• Manage and supervise automotive technicians, ensuring adherence to repair procedures and high standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Efficiently process and assign work orders with clear instructions.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely repairs and coordinate with parts departments for necessary tools and parts.
• Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure all tools are operational.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and complies with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints regarding work quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and enforce safe working practices.
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain safety equipment.
• Update customers on vehicle progress and explain technical issues clearly.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts; monitor stock levels and order parts as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to prevent repair delays.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, repair history, and service reports.
• Prepare regular reports on workshop performance and resolve any issues.
• Monitor workshop operating costs to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
• Assist with budget preparation and track expenses to stay within limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
