Workshop Supervisor - Motors and Diesel Generators urgently required for Oman
Qualification: - Diploma/Degree Experience: - Must have 10 years of experience in handling Motors and Diesel Generators. GCC Driving License: Required

Overseeing Operations: Supervise all activities within the electro-mechanical rewinding workshop, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
2) Team Management: Lead a team of technicians and workshop staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring proper training and development.
3) Workshop Maintenance: Ensure that the workshop facilities and equipment are well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and coordinating repairs as needed.
4) Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all rewinding work meets industry standards and customer requirements.
5) Workflow Planning: Plan and schedule workflow to meet production targets and deadlines, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
6) Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to technicians as needed, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
7) Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of materials and components required for rewinding operations, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
8) Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures within the workshop, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of safety among staff.
9) Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job orders, work progress, and equipment maintenance logs. Prepare reports on workshop performance as required.
10) Customer Interaction: Interface with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates on work progress, and address any concerns or queries they may have.
11) Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the workshop, implementing. changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
12) Training and Development: Facilitate training programs for workshop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in electro-mechanical rewinding techniques and equipment operation.
13) Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring for the workshop, controlling costs and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
14) Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing electro-mechanical rewinding operations, including environmental regulations and industry certifications.
15) Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise within the workshop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Salary: Basic 160/OMR +food 20/OMR + Technical allowance 50/OMR +fixed overtime 50/OMR +Other allowance 120/OMR Bachelor Accommodation & Transportation company will provide.
