Workshop Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: o Supervise and coordinate all workshop operations and staff o Plan and schedule daily work assignments and production activities o Ensure proper maintenance of all workshop equipment and machinery o Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures o Monitor quality standards for all work performed in the workshop o Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies o Train and mentor technical staff o Coordinate with other departments for workflow optimization o Prepare and maintain workshop documentation and reports o Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations o Monitor and control workshop costs and budgets o Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules Required Qualifications: o Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field o 5+ years experience in workshop management o Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment o Experience in staff supervision and team management o Understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedure Please send your CV
