Workshop Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: . Supervise and coordinate all workshop operations and staff . Plan and schedule daily work assignments and production activities . Ensure proper maintenance of all workshop equipment and machinery . Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures . Monitor quality standards for all work performed in the workshop . Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies . Train and mentor technical staff . Coordinate with other departments for workflow optimization . Prepare and maintain workshop documentation and reports . Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions . Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations . Monitor and control workshop costs and budgets . Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules Required Qualifications: . Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field . 5+ years experience in workshop management . Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment . Experience in staff supervision and team management . Understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedure Please send your CV
