Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in generators and similar equipment's, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high standards of service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff, including technicians and apprentices.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance and repair work for generators and related equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is serviced, tested, and ready for deployment in line with company standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with generators and equipment.
• Manage inventory levels of spare parts and workshop tools.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Should have Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Proven experience in generator maintenance and repair minimum of 5 years preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of diesel and gas-powered generators, control systems, and diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervisor: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
