Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Workshop Supervisor who can effectively lead our production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and superb organizational skills. A valid driving license is required to carry out occasional site visits, material pick-ups, and other operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervision and Leadership
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and assigned efficiently.
• Mentor and motivate workshop staff to meet production and quality targets.
• Coordinate across departments (e.g., purchasing, quality control) to maintain smooth workflows.
• Technical Expertise
• Manage equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs to minimize operational downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental guidelines, ensuring a safe workspace.
• Planning and Organization
• Develop production schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Track and replenish inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Evaluate performance data to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Quality Control
• Verify that finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct training sessions to keep the team current with best practices.
• Investigate and address defects through comprehensive root-cause analyses.
• Driving and Field Coordination
• Travel to various job sites or suppliers to coordinate operations.
• Collect or deliver tools and supplies as needed.
• Maintain all driving-related records in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven supervisory experience in a workshop or similar production environment.
• Strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
• Must hold a valid driving license (clean driving record preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
