We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager/Supervisor to join our team and lead our workshop operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient and timely maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment, vehicles, and light vehicles. Supervise and lead a team of technicians, mechanics, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Monitor workshop performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and turnaround times, and implement improvements as needed. Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and documentation related to workshop operations. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and technical issues, providing hands-on support when required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workshop Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in heavy equipment, vehicles, or automotive industries. Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, vehicles, and light vehicles, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Please send your resume/CV
