Who we are:Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager - Heavy Machinery to join our team.Job Scope:The Workshop Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a heavy machine industry workshop, ensuring that all equipment, machines and tools are well-maintained and ready for use, through managing the team and their work.Job Duties:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Manage and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, tools and equipment to carry out their work.
• Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring that all machines and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use at all times.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations and standards are adhered to by all staff members in the workshop.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and materials, ensuring that they are available when needed and at a reasonable cost.
• Provide regular reports on the workshop\'s performance, including budget and cost analysis, productivity, and quality metrics

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven 5 years of experience in Managing a Workshop in a Heavy Machine industry setting.
• Proven experience in the reporting and handling issues related to main dealers.

Other Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians and mechanics.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of heavy machine industry equipment and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
