Education: Engineering degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or a related field preferredKey Responsibilities
- Manage the entire service center workforce, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Oversee customer service quality and ensure adherence to budget objectives
- Coordinate with principals on technical issues and service concerns, and liaise with the service manager for warranty approvals
- Evaluate technician performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Develop and implement an annual training plan to enhance workforce competency
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment and special tools
- Promote and enforce safety standards in the service center with regular safety reviews
- Support the business excellence department in internal and external audits
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on service center activities to managementSkills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in managing large workshop operations
- Expertise in handling commercial heavy vehicles and electric vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of RTA regulations and government compliance for vehicle testing
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic is an advantage
