Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the car workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff.

Oversee repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services to ensure quality and timely completion.

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workshop.

Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor workshop productivity and performance, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met.

Manage inventory and order parts as needed to avoid delays in service.

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the best service outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in workshop management software and basic office tools (MS Office).

A valid driving license is required.
