Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Workshop Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple employees in a workshop or factory setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and manage workshop inventory, ensuring adequate supply of materials and tools.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a workshop or factory manager role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple employees and leading a team.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in workshop operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using management software and tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
