Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Workshop Manager to oversee our vehicle service workshop. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring efficient service delivery to uphold our high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all workshop activities including vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold service excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Efficiently manage workshop inventory, including parts and supplies, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Interact with customers to understand service requirements, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among staff.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and control workshop expenses and budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track workshop performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
• repare regular reports and updates for senior management on workshop performance, operational issues, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Technical expertise in vehicle mechanics and maintenance practices, with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to managing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
