**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and coordinate the activities of the wireline workshop team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

+ Ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and preparation of wireline equipment, tools, and materials for various operations, including cased hole, open hole, perforation, and PCE services.

+ Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

+ Collaborate with field personnel, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and address any challenges or issues that arise.

+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of necessary equipment, tools, and materials to support ongoing operations.

+ Provide technical guidance and training to workshop personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

**Requirements**

+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical training or certification in wireline services or related fields is preferred.

+ Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the wireline services industry.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of wireline equipment, tools, and operations, including cased hole, open hole, perforation, and PCE services.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and safety.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
