Job Description

1. Manage daily production and fabrication operations including project management, estimating, sales, purchasing, human resources, safety, scheduling, and product design.

2. Provide quality customer service by immediately contacting clients with project enquiries, issues, and appropriate plans of action.

3. Establish relations and conducted work order and pricing negotiations with clients, and suppliers.

4. Going for site visits and client meetings for preparing drawings, estimations, preparing quotations.

5. Coordinate daily production, processing, and distribution of activities for the shop floor employees.

6. Prepare drawings for client approvals and fabrication as well as development drawings for fabrication using AutoCAD.

7. Estimate the raw materials required and prepared BOM required for completing the project and ensured that the materials reach on time so that there is zero idle time.

8. Coordinate with different departments including Production, Design, Laser, Store, and Maintenance to ensure the smooth and continuous flow of work.

9. Attende meetings with company officials to discuss the status of the projects.

10. Monitor the work done by the workers and gave guidance regarding the work and fabrication methods.

11. Maintain daily records of work done and reported it to company officials.

12. Prepare the reports by inspecting the correctness, quality and quantity of the work done.

13. Resolve the problems faced by workers on and off work and ensured their safety during work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
