As a workplace experience (HR) Intern with keen interest or specialization in technology, you will be an integral part of our People Operations department at Deliverect.



You will have the opportunity to get exposure to projects and tasks relating to employee engagement, event management, process automation, vendor management, IT and Office Management.

You will have the chance to work with global cross functional teams on HR related projects and initiatives.



By the end of this internship, you will have gained critical hands-on experience that could transition into a full-time role based on your performance.
### A Typical Day and Learning Outcomes

• Process Automation: Engage in the automation of daily People related tasks and operations, streamlining workflows for efficiency.
• Employee Engagement: in collaboration with the people partner develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events,
• Data Privacy Management : Implement and oversee protocols to manage company assets, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
• Policy Development: Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update and refine company policies and procedures.
• Administration : ensure the smooth running of the office and IT Admin related tasks
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure process adherence and effective collaboration.

### Your Expertise and Growth

• Academic Background: Completed a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business or HR.
• Professional Experience: Previous internships or work experiences in HR operations, Administration or process automation, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
• Technological Skills: Understanding and application of HR tech tools and data management systems.
• Project Management: Advance your skills in managing and leading significant HR projects.
• Communication: Enhance your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.

### Additional Information

• Willingness to commit to a 6 month Full time Internship from 1st July.
• Hybrid working - 3 days from our Dubai Office and 2 days remote.
• Currently located in the UAE with own visa sponsorship
