Whatever the solution, we help them manage road blocks until the job is done.What to consider before applyingThis role requires the candidate to be based in our Dubai or Riyadh offices.The RoleAs a Deals Working Capital Senior Associate / Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Review of working capital cycles in a business, and (often rapid) diagnostic of key issues and areas for concernWorking closely with clients to diagnose the key issues then develop a sustainable solution and implement it, usually under tight time constraintsFinancial analysis of opportunities for working capital reduction, within context of commercial requirements of businessDevelopment of practical action plans to address working capital opportunitiesWorking alongside management to implement and support project plansPost implementation reviews and monitoring of working capital performance improvementAssessment of capabilities of operational and management teams within an organization and identification of skill gaps.Tracking and evaluation of working capital performance.Preparation of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. Board level/management).Active contribution to the team's marketing efforts (both internal and external including preparing marketing material through to organizing marketing events.Company, sector and market research and analysis using a wide variety of information sources.The Requirements2+ years hands on working capital experiencePractical experience of managing improvement projects covering at least one of Payables, Receivables or Inventory processesSound financial analysis skillsPreferably previous experience in or exposure to complex stakeholder environments (with stakeholders such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Credit Control, etc)Motivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong commercial awareness and business analysis skillsExposed to managing working capital improvement / cost reduction/ cash flowWillingness to participate in marketing and business development, demonstrating a proactive approach to the marketplaceExcellent verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus)Why youll love PwC
