Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Workforce Planning & Recruitment Analyst** to join our team! In this role you will get to **analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and developing recruitment plans to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Workforce Planning:**
+ Analyze current workforce data to identify trends and gaps.
+ Forecast future staffing needs based on business goals and market trends.
+ Develop and implement workforce plans to address staffing requirements.
**Recruitment Strategy:**
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
+ Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
**Data Analysis & Reporting:**
+ Collect and analyze data related to recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
+ Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and workforce planning to senior management.
+ Use data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
**Candidate Sourcing & Selection:**
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
**Employer Branding:**
+ Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
+ Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization.
**Compliance & Best Practices:**
+ Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
+ Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and workforce planning.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
+ +5 years of experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or a related role.
+ Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) may be preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication English skills, Arabic is an advantage.
+ Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level or accuracy
+ Team Player.
+ Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite.
