Job Description
We are looking for a Geriatric nurse who trained to recognize and treat the physical and mental health requirements of the elderly for old women at home. Must work to ensure that the health of our mother health is protected and that she can manage changes in her mental and physical capacity so that she can remain independent and active for as long as feasible. Responsibilities: A gerontological nurse might spend a typical day assessing the patient cognitive abilities, evaluating a patient acute or chronic condition, educating patients on how to avoid falls or injuries, organizing medications, connecting patients with community resources, keeping an eye out for signs of elder abuse, assisting patients with daily grooming needs, and providing advice on disability-related issues. Gerontological nurses frequently serve as vital liaisons between patients and their families and physicians.
