Wiring Technician

Purpose

To wire electromechanical, electronic, and electrical components while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control.

Key Activities

Based on manufacturing documents, plans, and bill of materials:

Prepare the workstation (tools, materials). Identify the required process. Select appropriate materials and ensure proper settings (e.g., product type, temperature).

For Circuit Board Wiring:

Perform preparatory work (drying, component preparation, etc.). Manually assemble using appropriate tools (hand soldering, cleaning, varnishing, basic mechanical assembly). Use machines for operations such as component insertion, electronic part replacement, varnishing, wave soldering, drilling, and cleaning.

For Wire Harness Wiring:

Prepare components (cutting wires, stripping, marking). Manually perform wiring operations (soldering, crimping, inserting and securing contacts, cleaning, basic mechanical assembly). Conduct visual and microscopic inspections. Record data in tracking documents and management software. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S methodology, FOD control). Train other operators. Follow company standards (ARP, etc.) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
