Steer and consolidate data and insights from the regional markets on markets, categories, and trends.
Drive a fact-based, consumer-centric approach to data analysis whilst maintaining strong attention to details, a high degree of accuracy and a meticulous approach.
Ensure the timely delivery of information to stakeholders, such as key regional periodic reports, completion of studies and strategic research information, to facilitate business decisions.
Responsibilities
Support on coordinating launch/relaunch projects for specific categories in close contact with multifunctional areas
Present and execute creative ideas for activities to support marketing strategies
Manage D2P artwork process for Personal Care Women & Baby projects and steer kick-offs with manager supervision
Help to monitor consumer trends & competition
Data mining to gain strategic insights: analyze industry competition and market trends
Help to identify gaps in the market in the respective category and use this knowledge to help develop ideas to recruit new consumers to NIVEA
Think beyond the status-quo and work to keep NIVEA relevant in the category
Preparation and presentation of country reports, regional summaries for Emerging Markets stakeholders
Development and update of business reports (internal sales & market share) in alignment with Controlling and Finance teams
Manage budget control, PO issuing and support all other daily operational tasks (e.g. samples shipment, master data maintenance)
Your Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or any other relevant field
Prior FMCG experience as an intern is an advantage
Knowledge of market tracking KPIs (e.g. pricing, distribution)
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Power BI is an advantage
Very organized with strong analytical skills
Open minded with the ability to work x-functionally with international teams
Good communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Fluent in written and spoken English
Organizational skills, experience on meeting tight deadlines
Adaptable and able to work in a diverse, fast-paced, changing environment
Proactive team contributor, takes initiative and is self-motivated to deliver results and drive changes and continuous improvements
