Lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality results.
Perform hands-on installation of PPF, window tint, and wrapping as needed.
Train team members to enhance their skills and maintain service standards.
Do quality control inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Coordinate with the management to allocate jobs effectively.
Maintain and organized and safe work environment.
Communicate with clients to know their needs and ensure them with highest satisfaction.
