• Assist with market preparation & follow up: taking appointments, following up on client budgets, and order collection before season closing.
• Supporting in preparation of Dubai showrooms for selling campaigns & assisting on local appointments.
• Supporting on key account management by being in direct contact with internal as well as external stakeholders of our brands.
• Follow up with clients on KPIs on a monthly basis: STs, in season qualitative feedback & tracking competition.
• Ability to challenge numbers and information derived from reports and spot mistakes which may arise.
• Proposing reorders from ATS stock of our brands to maximize sales.
• Suggesting incentives and solutions to respective brand managers for under-performing retailers.
• Supporting in new account prospection.
• Researching and analysing competitive market information via research and market visits/store visits.
• Collaborating with VM team to make sure corners and SISs are aligned with brand guidelines.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Team oriented but also self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Strong in building and maintaining relationships and working collaboratively with different departments.
• Service minded with great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive & motivated to problem solve with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of and interest in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power Point.
