We are looking for Wholesale Manager who can join us immediately
• Strictly with VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE. Preferably with own car.
• With background experience in Sanitary Wares & Tiles supply industry.
• Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
• UAE market experience required
Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve wholesale targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base.
• Maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet wholesale demands.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to manage inventory levels effectively.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Logistics and Distribution:
• Oversee the logistics process, including order processing, shipping, and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics team to optimize distribution routes and minimize costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of wholesale orders to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
• Supervise and provide guidance to the wholesale sales team.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in the wholesale industry.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, cost analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products or tailor existing products to meet wholesale customer needs.
Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the wholesale budget, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and profit margins.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Quality Control:
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications before distribution.
• Implement quality control measures to address any issues or defects identified during the wholesale process.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
