Alex Renner Motors Garage LLC is seeking a skilled Wheel Balancing and Alignment Technician with 3-5 years of experience, especially with German brand cars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring precise wheel alignment, accurate balancing, and maintaining optimal vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wheel alignment and balancing services using advanced equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to suspension, steering, and tire wear.
• Work specifically with German brand vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace necessary components like tires, brakes, and suspension parts.
• Conduct road tests to verify the accuracy of alignment and balancing services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide top-notch customer service and meet workshop standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wheel balancing and alignment.
• Expertise in handling German brand cars (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen).
• Proficient in using alignment and balancing tools and software.
• Strong diagnostic skills with knowledge of suspension and steering systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and alignment specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in automotive wheel alignment or a related field.
