Job Title : Wheel Alignment, Tire Fixing, and Tire Balancing Technician Key Responsibilities:
• Computerized Wheel Alignment
• Operate computerized wheel alignment machines to adjust vehicle suspension systems for optimal alignment.
• Perform detailed checks on caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure manufacturer-recommended alignment settings.
• Adjust and fine-tune alignment specifications using precision tools and alignment software.
• Test drive vehicles before and after alignment to ensure proper handling and correction of alignment issues.
• Tire Installation and Fixing
• Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper air pressure.
• Install new tires on rims, ensuring they meet the manufacturer's specifications for tire size, type, and performance.
• Repair punctures and other minor tire damages using patching, plugging, or other appropriate methods.
• Ensure correct tire placement, matching rotation patterns as necessary, and apply proper torque to lug nuts.
• Tire Balancing
• Use computerized tire balancing machines to identify uneven weight distribution on the wheels.
• Apply weights to the wheels as needed to ensure smooth tire rotation and avoid vibrations.
• Perform dynamic and static balancing procedures to ensure tires are correctly balanced, extending tire life and improving driving comfort.
• Inspect and clean wheel rims to remove debris or corrosion that could interfere with tire balancing.
• Customer Interaction and Reporting
• Explain alignment and balancing results to customers, providing recommendations for repairs or replacements if necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records, including alignment readings, tire conditions, and any repairs performed.
• Advise customers on regular tire maintenance, alignment checks, and tire replacement schedules.
• Maintenance and Equipment Handling
• Maintain and calibrate wheel alignment and balancing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring tools and machinery are in proper working order.
• Follow all safety procedures to avoid injury and protect customer vehicles.
• General Vehicle Inspections
• Conduct overall inspections of the suspension, brakes, and steering systems during alignment services.
• Report any additional service needs to supervisors or customers, such as brake wear, worn shocks, or steering issues.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
