About the Job

We are seeking an experienced WhatsApp Bot Developer to design and implement automated chatbots for the WhatsApp platform. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, you will create intelligent and seamless conversational flows that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This role demands technical expertise in API integration, NLP, and bot frameworks, along with a user-focused design approach.



As a WhatsApp Bot Developer , you will leverage the WhatsApp Business API to create and manage chatbots that interact with users effectively. Your role will involve developing conversational flows, integrating databases, and using NLP techniques to optimize user interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the bots meet organizational requirements and deliver a high-quality user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy chatbots using the WhatsApp Business API.
• Create and optimize conversational flows with a focus on user experience (UX).
• Integrate webhooks, RESTful APIs, and databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) for seamless bot operations.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responsiveness.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure reliability and accurate functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to align bots with business needs.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies to incorporate best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed bots.

Skills

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Expertise with the WhatsApp Business API and bot development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP and conversational AI techniques.
• Knowledge of webhooks, RESTful APIs, and database integration (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Experience in testing, debugging, and optimizing chatbot performance.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with UX principles for designing intuitive conversational interfaces.
• Certifications in chatbot development or NLP (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification).
• Domain knowledge of higher education processes for tailored bot development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
