Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Utility System Management: Oversee the planning, design, and operation of water, electricity, and telecommunications utility systems. \xc2\xb7 Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure, including pipelines, pumps, meters, and distribution networks. \xc2\xb7 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes related to water, electricity, and telecommunications utility systems. \xc2\xb7 Project Management: Coordinate and manage utility projects, including upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities. \xc2\xb7 Resource Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize resource usage, minimize waste, and improve efficiency within utility systems. \xc2\xb7 Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address utility system failures and natural disasters. \xc2\xb7 Community Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and utility customers, to address concerns and gather feedback. \xc2\xb7 Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to utility system operations, maintenance, and compliance. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience: Proven experience of 3-4 years in utility engineering roles, with expertise in water, electricity, or telecommunications utility systems. \xc2\xb7 Skills: Knowledge of utility system design, operation, and maintenance principles, as well as regulatory standards and codes. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges in utility system management. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of utility system design, operation, and maintenance principles, as well as regulatory standards and codes.
