Responsibilities and Duties Sales and Profitability Achievement \xc2\xb7 Responsible to drive overall centre sales to ensure it exceeds daily, monthly, and yearly targets. \xc2\xb7 Accountable for generating revenue for all the categories in centres viz; Slimming, Beauty, Laser & Dermat \xc2\xb7 Strive to increase profitability by keeping expenses in check without compromising service quality levels of VLCC. \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate financial and individual performance to the team \xc2\xb7 To ensure increase in new clients portfolio as per the agreed KRA and assigned target. \xc2\xb7 To partner with centre head and ensure that centre achieve the top line as per the business plan. \xc2\xb7 To ensure to have a solid inside sales & leads generation that exceeds sales goals. \xc2\xb7 To ensure that sales funnel is always full of qualified leads and prospects. \xc2\xb7 To ensure that leads to footfall conversion is above 80% \xc2\xb7 To ensure every walk-in is converted into prospective clients with appointments. Financial Reports \xc2\xb7 To ensure to have accuracy of all financial and operational data which is maintained & reported from the centre. \xc2\xb7 Daily sales report and expenses report to be shared with corporate finance team. \xc2\xb7 Opening and closing of centre Cash report and daybook to be shared with finance. \xc2\xb7 Monthly Incentive and cash advances payout report to share with corporate finance team. \xc2\xb7 Be familiar with all types of reports generated from Center when due. \xc2\xb7 Be proficient in ERP, its various processes, reports and directives from IT department. Footfall to Conversion \xc2\xb7 To personally, interact with all the customer who visit the centre. To perform initial screening after thorough understanding of the customers requirements \xc2\xb7 To perform necessary pre-work like customer profiling, segmenting and accordingly promoting suitable services \xc2\xb7 To understand & analyse lifestyle, dietary and health status of the customer. Customize program that meets their needs. Client Complains and Resolution \xc2\xb7 To ensure every customer complaint is address proactively, especially those with slow progress or not getting expected results. \xc2\xb7 To proactively study the root cause of the complaints \xc2\xb7 To discuss the concerns/complains with the respective department head. \xc2\xb7 To ensure and follow escalation matrix for refunds in fair compliance of VLCC SOP as follows: At centre level - 2 days, where. \xc2\xb7 Support office (corporate) intervention is required - 7 day. Event Management \xc2\xb7 To conduct in-house events in coordination with centre head / corporate marketing team \xc2\xb7 To explore opportunities to partner with new local communities / corporates to conduct VLCC events min 2 Events per month. \xc2\xb7 To participate in planning and executing sales events in the centre in coordination with the Centre Head Reports \xc2\xb7 To ensure all leads are updated accurately on Palms daily. \xc2\xb7 Reports are accurately prepared and shared to corporate team. \xc2\xb7 To ensure discounts and pricing is discussed with the centre head while closing a lead, to ensure minimum negotiation. \xc2\xb7 To record all data for every sales transaction in CLM \xc2\xb7 To ensure after sale services are met as per the VLCC SOPs and ensure regular post sales contact with clients to ensure satisfaction on service.
