Key Responsibilities
Sales Focus:
• Promote and sell the clinic's aesthetic services and products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Client Consultations:
• Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, procedures, and products.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and expectations.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Customer Service:
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
Sales Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to create personalized treatment plans.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment.
• Certification or training in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
