Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Wellbeing Specialist to join our regional office. The purpose of this role is developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive wellness initiatives and strategies to improve the overall physical and mental wellbeing of our customers. The Wellbeing Engagement Specialist will work with organisations, groups, and local partners to create and co-ordinate activities and services that promote healthy living and positive lifestyle changes, driving impactful engagement through a variety of channels including our digital platforms, educational presentations, workshops and seminars. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives through customer insights, supporting analytics and claims management information identifying variables in claiming patterns, not just within our key client\xe2\x80\x99s data set, but our wider portfolio and where interventions and education through a variety of channels including, digital tools, seminars and client by client engagement sessions can have a demonstrable impact on employee health and well-being. The Wellbeing Engagement Specialist will interact with our broker community bringing together a relevant agenda to engage and embed our wellness proposition ensuring it is considered market leading and a trusted source for advice, recommendations, and guidance. Similarly, they will engage with clients across our portfolio integrating our solutions with their own wellness campaigns whilst promoting and increasing utilisation through our EAP platform, wellbeing and Telehealth Services. This role requires a combination of knowledge in health promotion, health education, and health coaching, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to devise, scope and lead on market relevant materials and campaigns which are accessible through our distribution and digital channels to continuously reinforce and engage with brokers, partners and clients whilst spearheading our participation within Industry events promoting Bupa Global as a wellness partner and subject matter expert.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
Champions and promotes the regional agenda and key topics relevant to our clients and brokers \xe2\x80\x93 mental health, sleep, women\xe2\x80\x99s health etc.
Interact with our broker community to bring together a relevant agenda to engage and fully embed our wellness proposition ensuring Bupa is positioned and recognised as a market leader and go to source for advice and recommendations.
Utilising appropriate analysis to identify claiming patterns not just within our key clients data set, but the wider demographic and where interventions and education through a variety of channels including, digital tools, seminars and client by client engagement sessions can have a demonstrable impact on employee health and well-being.
Promote and increase utilisation through our Employee Assistance Providers and supporting platforms.
Work closely with our key strategic clients integrating our solutions within their own wellness campaigns
Work collaboratively with marketing and engagement functions to devise, scope and lead on market relevant materials and campaigns which are accessible through our distribution and digital channels to continuously reinforce and engage with brokers, partners and clients.
Lead Bupa Global/Sukoon participation within Industry events promoting Bupa Global as a wellness partner and subject matter expert.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:
Extensive experience of health promotion, health education, and health coaching. Industry experience in the Middle East is essential.
Experience within the insurance or healthcare industries, as well as management of third parties and proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience of devising, developing and deploying wellness and health strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities (customer insights and analytics)
Track record of strong individual and team contribution.
