**Job Summary:**

The Well Testing Performance Live Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality services to clients from a Performance Live Center. They coach trainees at the wellsite and supervise Operators at the wellsite & provide direction as necessary. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.

**Relationships:**

Reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.

**Responsibilities:**

Candidate's duties may include the following:

+ Captures data from the field in the business system

+ Manages any deviation from the job program through proper Management of Change

+ Manages any incidents at the wellsite, by properly reporting it and escalating it

+ Completes all job deliverables accurately and timely

+ Obtains the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables

+ Participates in all Job reviews and job debriefs

+ Prepares the Job invoice with supporting documentation.

+ Maintain the required safety training.

+ Other duties and special projects as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering Discipline

+ Background working with data acquisition and/or multiphase metering

+ Strong technical aptitude

+ Must be able to work in a team environment.

+ Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
