Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding various materials, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools for kitchen equipments. A commitment to safety, quality, and productivity is essential.

Responsibilities:

Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals to create strong and precise joints according to specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the correct welding processes and requirements.

Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and shaping metal parts.

Quality Control: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet the specified standards and criteria, making adjustments as necessary.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing regular inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various positions (bending, kneeling, etc.).

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to identify defects and make necessary corrections.
