Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, joining, and shaping metal materials according to technical plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Inspect welded surfaces and structures for accuracy and durability. Maintain welding tools and equipment in safe, working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment. Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding conditions.

Work Environment:

Exposure to heat, noise, and heavy machinery. Must wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and masks. Flexible shifts, including overtime when required.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
