TheWelder Fabricator must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instrument.
- Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain machine by applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout and machining procedures.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
- Produce metal products according to specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
