Walk In Interview for the Galaxy Metal Industry -Steel /Aluminium Manufacturing Industry

(GMI) in Dubai Industrial City (DIC) near Maktoum Airport, Jabal Ali, Dubai, UAE.

WORKING HOURS - 8.00AM TO 5.00PM

BREAK TIME - 12.00PM TO 13.00PM

Interview (Technical test) will be conducted by the Production Manager between 9:00am to 12:00pm

Salary: Depend on Experience

1. Place of Employment : United Arab Emirates

2. Period of Contract : 2 years

7. Daily Working Hours : 8 Hours + Overtime

8. Probation Period : 6 Months

9. Overtime : As and when required

11. All other conditions of services shall be in accordance U. A. E. Labor Law

:

Read blueprints and drawings and to take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.

Setup components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powdered saws to match measurements).

Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.

Align components using calipers, rulers etc., weld the components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various position (vertical, horizontal or overhead0

Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.

Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.

Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to material.

Replace new and fabricate parts and maintain grinder and perform all cleaning and grinding of metals.

Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools.
