Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• ? Review Of Welding, NDT, Blasting, Painting Procedure , Fabrication Dwg & Painting QCP.
? Witness in WPS, PQR & welder Qualification test of different process like SMAW, SAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW
? Site check up of fit up & dimensional verification prior to welding as per approved QCP.
? Ensure welding consumable, qualified welder, preheating, baking and holding oven & approved WPS are being used on job.
? Witness All (NDT) Inspection Stages Of DPT.MPT & UT As Per Approved QCP.
? Check Final Dimensional, Weld Visual prior to QC inspection
? Pressure & Leak check: Hydrostatic pressure test, pneumatic test.
? Monitoring & Inspection of relevant stages as per the approved Quality control plan.
? Raising And Resolving Non Conformation Report.
? Co-ordination with other department like QC,Production, Welding, NDT & Design.
? Co-ordination with Third party Inspector & client as per inspection plan & procedure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
