The Weddings & Social Events Assistant Manager will interact frequently with guests with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.About YouThe ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Wedding & Events Sales, event planning, or hospitality, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. They should possess advanced proficiency in the Opera system for reservations and event management, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. The candidate must also have attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and a thorough understanding of event planning and hospitality sales processes.
