Position: Independent Website Telemarketing Sales Representative

Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with potential customers via phone to introduce and sell the company's products and services.

2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional advice.

3. Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Record and track sales progress and meet sales targets on time.

5. Participate in market research, collect customer feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements:

1. •Language Skills•:

- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with fluent verbal and written communication skills.

2. •Educational Background•:

- A university degree.

3. •Work Experience•:

- At least 2 years of telemarketing sales experience.

4. •Skills•:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

5. •Personal Qualities•:

- Strong team collaboration skills.

- Proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure.

- Strong sales drive and goal-oriented.

- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
