Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Specialist & Social Media Designer It will be work from home , be able to manage and enhance our company website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure our online presence is engaging, professional, and aligned with the company's brand. This role involves website updates, managing social media content, and designing posts and graphics, including logos and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities: Website Management:

• Maintain, update, and optimize the company website for functionality, speed, and user experience.
• Ensure the website's content is current, accurate, and aligned with the company's branding.
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors to resolve them.
• Implement basic SEO practices to improve website visibility and performance.
• Monitor website analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement.

Design & Branding:

• Design high-quality, creative graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other digital content.
• Create and update company logos, promotional materials, and branding assets as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent and impactful visuals.
• Ensure all designs and posts are aligned with the company's brand identity.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be UAE Nationality

Experience:

• Proven experience in website management and social media handling.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, including logos and social media content.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
• Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing tools.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
