Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company websites, as well as creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to support new project launches. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites for our company and its projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and user-friendly website designs.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance user experience and increase visibility.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online channels.
Create and manage content for website pages, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in website development, preferably in WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
