We are seeking a skilled

Website Developer & IT Support Specialist

to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites while also managing office IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end and/or back-end web development,

Linux server management, web hosting panels, and IT support for office systems, networks, and hardware

.

Key Responsibilities:Website Development & Hosting:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Develop and maintain website structure, navigation, and functionality. Ensure website compatibility across various devices and browsers. Implement SEO best practices to optimize site performance. Work with UI/UX designers to enhance website aesthetics and user experience. Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and payment gateways as needed. Troubleshoot and debug website issues to improve functionality. Ensure website security and data protection.

Manage Linux servers for web hosting, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.

Configure and manage web hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or Webmin).

Office IT Support:

Provide

technical support

for office computers, networks, printers, and other hardware/software. Install, configure, and maintain

operating systems, applications, and office software

. Troubleshoot

network connectivity issues

(Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, routers, and switches). Ensure

cybersecurity

by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and regular updates. Manage

email configurations, user accounts, and cloud services

(Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Perform

regular backups and data recovery

procedures. Support employees with

IT-related issues, software installations, and troubleshooting

. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a

Website Developer

and/or

IT Support Specialist

. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Vue.js, or Angular). Experience with back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails). Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

Experience in managing Linux servers and web hosting environments.

Knowledge of web hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or Webmin.

Experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing office networks.

Strong understanding of

networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).

Knowledge of cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce website development. Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
